How can I get a good night’s sleep? A question that is foremost within the minds of so many people. You may have problems falling asleep at night, or perhaps you are waking up in the middle of the night and unable to get back to sleep, or maybe you get up in the morning feeling tired and exhausted? In this class we offer thoughts and ideas that may help you drift in to a deep and peaceful sleep. We introduce the Ho’oponopono mantra as a simple, yet powerful technique to cleanse and purify our memories from the day. Allowing us to release and let go of any anxiety or stress in order to move into a restful sleep.
