Gratitude Meditations
Our Gratitude meditations are designed to help you cultivate gratitude. Gratitude involves recognition of the positive things in your life and how they affect you. This can range from acknowledging a beautiful flower you pass on the sidewalk to the feeling of thanks that comes from recovering from a serious illness.
Gratitude is a powerful act of mindfulness because it is a moment when time, place and feeling come together in an experience of happiness and even wonder. As you work with gratitude, you realize that good things are possible now, in the past and in the future. All things pass. We can be at ease.
Our relationships and the effect we have on others also improve with the practice of gratitude. We are less prone to negative and pessimistic attitudes. A positive outlook is infectious and helps others.
